5. New carpet in living room (2009)
6. Basement cement floor painted with epoxy (2009)
7. Basement bathroom remodeled: vinyl tile flooring installed; new vanity installed; new toilet installed.
8. Upstairs hallway and bathroom tiled (2010)
9. Privacy fence, wooden walkway and deck constructed (2010)
10. Exterior painted (2011)
11. Kitchen remodeled: peninsula added; new high-definition laminate countertops; new chandelier; new refrigerator, stove, and microwave; installed dishwasher; floors tiled; tile backsplash installed (2011-2012). 
12. Cement stone walkways installed in front and in back of house (2012)
13. New aluminum garage door (2013)
14. New extra-wide gutters installed and fascia boards wrapped with aluminum (2013)
15. Sewer pipe running to City Sewer replaced (approx. $5,000) (2013)
16. Trees trimmed by Blue Ox tree service (2013)
